Latavia - Avro RJ70

Latavia - Avro RJ70

Airline: Latavia
Aircraft: Avro RJ70
Livery: 1993-2003
Aircraft delivery date: 17 October 1996

Founded in the early 1990s when the former Soviet airline division was nationalized, Latavia was and continues to be the largest airline in Latvia. From its hub in Riga, the airline currently serves destinations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This livery is a more modern refresh of the initial livery applied to its Soviet aircraft, and this variation only ever appeared on the airline's Avro RJ/BAe 146 fleet. With the introduction of the Boeing 737 Classic and buyout of of the Lithuanian carrier Lithuavia in 2003, this livery was phased out entirely in favor of both a new livery and a new name - Baltavia.
