Founded in the mid 1990s from the remnants of Belarus' former Soviet airline division, Belaero is the flag carrier and primary airline of Belarus. From its hub in Minsk, it serves destinations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This livery was used from the airline's founding until 2014, when the airline underwent a major restructuring. Prior to 2003 the airline used exclusively Soviet aircraft, the Boeing 737 Classic was the first Western type incorporated into the airline's fleet.
