The MD-80 type was introduced in 1989, flying up and down the west coast. This MD-80 operated the first flight of the type for the airline, operating SEA - SFO. In September of 2009, this MD-80 operated the last flight of the type for the airline, flying SEA - SAN. After that the MD-80 was replaced by the B737-800.
