Nihon Airlines Lockheed L-1011 (Retro) | JA191N

Nihon Airlines acquired its first L-1011 aircraft in 1974, being the first wide body aircraft operated by Nihon Airlines. The aircraft were put on high-density routes throughout Japan, notably between Tokyo, Osaka, Sapporo, Fukuoka and Naha, the five cities that continue to be Nihon's largest stations to this day. The L-1011 was used until the introduction of the 747-400D in 1992. Nihon ended up operating a total of 11 L-1011s.

Nihon's L-1011s were configured with 20 Business Class and 306 Economy Class seats.
