It's simple. Slap the entire logo in the middle of the tail and be done with it. If you do some homework, you'll find that pretty much every single livery from that era did exactly that.

Not the entire logo, numbnuts. The intricate pattern you've got going there. Honestly I'm not 100% behind your decision to partially obscure that thing in the first place, comes across as being not very bold which contrasts with the bold font and color combination you've chosen. That said, if you just make design elements like the logo, cheatline, etc, etc. much more pronounced this will be a solid design.

But the livery is fantastic
