Total gate cost at HEL

I have a question about gate leasing. I think there might be an issue: I have my HQ (not Hub) at HEL (Helsinki-Vantaa, Finland) airport. The monthly cost for a gate in HEL is $130,907, but my 3 gates seem to cost me $523,628 monthly, which is $130,907 too much.
Under the list of Gates the price is even higher for the 3 gates. Here the 3 HEL gates are written to cost me $1,570,884, but I "only" pay $523,628.
