Human resources tab

I started a new airline a few game months ago. I'm currently flying three aircraft between 12 destinations, yet my human resources tab under "airline options" says I don't have any cabin crew, ground crew, agents/CSR's or operations personnel. It doesn't seem to make any sense - is this a bug? :blink:

I have the same problem. Required crew members are 222 and currently available are 0.

Have you done anything that may have cut down your numbers, like layoffs or pay cuts?
