I cannot operate flight from Tokyo Haneda to Singapore and Bangkok (BKK). I tried changing different aircraft types (such as B747-400, B757-200, B767-300ER etc), price (See picture), and buying more slots but I still cannot operate this certain flight.

Did you check political restrictions? If this is in a realistic world, depending on where your home city is you may not have rights to fly that route.
Also check aircraft schedule continuity (aircraft cannot have discontinuous schedules).
