Can't set new fares

Posted by jleonnn on 12 June 2011 - 10:16 AM

I can't set new fares. I tried, entered in the new prices I want but when I pressed 'save', it told me this message: The website encountered an error while retrieving http://beta.airlinee...=LAX&city2=MSY. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

This happens to me, also. I don't get an error message, though, just a blank page. It happens on multiple routes.

It happened to me too. Especially for route between Asia Continent. It is fine for other route.

This is now happening with about every other route I try to adjust the prices on...

who is the competition on these routes?

When it happens to me PeopleExpress is usually competing on that route. Now what I have discovered is that if you are getting zeroes for your loadfactors and pricing, what I have been doing is going upunder 'ROUTES', click on that, select the city where you are having problems, click on the box next to the city pair and go down and pull down 'MATCH LOWEST FARES' and click 'OK' and POOF you have ticket prices and loadfactors. It may not be what you want but something is better than nothing. <_< But I am still hopping angry!

Same problem started on some routes yesterday. Can't pinpoint a pattern yet.

ATL seems to be involved in many of them. Also tells me I don't have enough slots (I do) to open a route.

who is the competition on these routes?

A few large american airlines. Sucks when you have a bad load factor and you can't do anything to fix it.

Yep. Have a look at LAX-ATL. There are 12 airlines serving this market (unrealistic), it's over-served x2 (unrealistic) and the only market share displayed is Air Florida and Delta. 1600% & 2700% respectively. How does that add up? Posted Image
And the "Share Pie" freaks out as the Route Mgmt page loads.

Can we have someone look at this? I'm based in the US flying Internal routes and I can't do anything now...
