No pay for scrap planes

I scrapped a few planes due to the price being better than selling them. They all came up with an error (sorry I don't remember error code). The result was scrapped plane, or rather removed from my fleet, and no compensation. There was no charge either so I suppose that is a bonus.

I think this is supposed to have a similar function to that of selling aircraft. Sorry I didnt get the error code; if I run into a similar situation I will grab the error code.
