100% Load Factor With 34/239 Seats Filled R3

I've encountered an issued where one of my 757-200s is showing a 100% load factor but only 34 tickets are being bought. There is enough demand to fill the aircraft. Any ideas as to why this may be? It is not a long route (<1000 miles), so weight is not an issue.
