767-200ER Can't Use

I already leased 1 767-200ER and I am using it on a route 5 times a week.  I just purchased another and went to add more days to the route and it won't allow me to use this aircraft.  The aircraft is not being used anywhere else.  Now its just sitting in my leased with 140 hrs.  Why can't i use this aircraft ?
