Hi,
I was looking at an aircraft operating the route Detroit-Dubai when I noticed something odd. About half the flights were going out at a loadfactor of 100%, ticket revenue of $552,000 and a profit of around $200,000, while half were also going out at a loadfactor of 100% but with a ticket revenue of only $26,000 and so a loss per flight of around $300,000.
Could this be examined?
This is Eastern Airlines in World R3, and the route is operated with A340-300 aircraft
Thanks

Thats because Love Field has the Wright Amendment (http://en.wikipedia....right_Amendment)
Basically, you cannot fly internationally from Love Field, and can only fly to certain states in the US with aircraft with more than 56 seats. This Amendment was recently repealed. however I believe international flights are still not allowed.
