Base Hourly Cost is 0

Many of the aircraft in the recently opened 1960 - 2000 open world have base hourly costs of $0 (Nord N260, Gulfstream 1, etc.)

Base hourly cost is no longer used in game, so I didn't feel it was worth wasting time and effort in putting them in.

Base hourly cost display has now been removed :)
