not sure if 3.1 ideas go here but hey trying to stay on yuxi's good side, anyway had a thought while i was sceduling, perhaps some sort of option to designate flight hours for aircraft, IE since we now have on time ratings affected by tight schedules, perhaps some sort of option to remove aircraft with from the add flights list, or one to limit aircraft with only more then X hours from appearing in the aircraft list when making and editing routes. With me being at around 300 aircraft I have to dig through the ones I have left with hours on them to assign routes and it is a pain.
Anyone else wanting to elaborate on ideas please post here too and maybe we can hash something out.

not sure what you mean by this?
what is being suggested is an option to remove aircraft from the list when they have less than a certain amount of hours remaining
i.e. so you could set the screen so it only shows aircraft with 16 or 17 hours remaining

Would be a great feature seen as though it will get so cluttered especially with loads of aircraft.
Maybe even a filter on that screen by type of aircraft too
great idea hope it can be implemented

I like that idea
Would you also want to artifically limit hours on other aircraft as well, as a separate option? (say allow only 100 hours of frequencies even if the aircraft has 140)

Yes, that's a good idea, when more and more plane is available, it is a nightmare to find a certain aircraft since the page is crowded with plane remaining around 20hrs (my practices)

I wondered about something like this even in 3.0. It would be great to have a type filter and an hours filter for add flights. I went through hellish ordeals trying to load pages for flights from ATL-CLT in AE14.
As far as actually implementing this, I would suggest put it as a global setting (for each airline), but with an override on the add flights page (so I could suppress aircraft with < 20 hours generally, but show aircraft with less than 20 but more than 10 if I wanted).

Can you consider adding one-way service if an airplane doesn't have enough hours for a round-trip service? Many Thanks!!!

But then it won't be in the right place to start the next weeks schedule

No, by a mixture of type of plane and hours.
