That's VERY interesting! I have 6 of these heheOriginally posted by miller22
Actually there is a benefit to common fleet types. You'll get up to a 25% reduction in operating costs depending on how many of a certain type of aircraft you operate. Just recently I included fleet commonality between different fleet types, such as the 737-600, 737-700, -800, and -900.
btw is there a place where you post these kind of news as you modify the game? It would be nice to know how the game is evolving

You do already. If you closely look you do recieve discounts based on number of A/C ordered.Originally posted by CaptKornDog
Well another advantage to fleet commonality...you get discounts for large orders of aircraft, so ultimately you get a break if you buy 5 Boeing 737-800s as opposed to 1 Airbus 319, 320, 1 CRJ-200, and 2 CRJ-900s.

Ah great =) Is there any chance that we could get a list of aircraft that are on the same commonality?

To a degree, as there are still some seperate parts but on these families pilots are interchangable for those familiesOriginally posted by Sargas

WHAT! HOW CAN YOU NOT BE SURE IF YOU ADDED IT! Sorry, Miller, it's just that you designed the game and it's shocking that those words are coming out of your mouth.
