Gate Expenses

OK, currently, I am paying $1.1 Million dollars on gate expenses, but, I should only be paying $770K. Just reporting it so it's there.

if you have recentaly bought gates, you will be charged the initial fee there too

Actually, it's been about 3 (real) days since I bought gates, and I'm basing this off my last 2 days.

Its the gate revoked bug deltafan is reporting, we have been talking about it.

Oh, so it probably took place when I took delivery of my Do328 and lost 2-3 gates back to ONT and had to rebuy them. They explains the cost then. Me and Stephen have been talking about this problem also and he suggested giving back, then rebuying all of my gates to ONT. Would that help?

I was paying over 6 mil in gate fees until I reset the whole thing, now I am paying just inder 2 mil, it worked for me.

But the cost saving is very little for you with your current operating position.

I tried it anyway, don't know how much I'll save, as I'll have to wait for next month's results, but I lost $9,000 DOP. I lost load factor on ONT-SLC, ONT-TIJ, and ONT-OAK and I reset my prices exactly how they were, as I had them saved on Notepad.

Is there a way to get my DOP where it used to be before the gate thing? Or would I have better luck when everyone resets the ticket prices?
