I have put up most of my fleet for sale.
500 or so planes
I have also ordered aload and will sell these to the bank once every 2 months so there should be a nice flow of planes coming onto the used market from now on.......

I'm gonna wait till things improve and more managment skills are required to play the game. To be honest I get bored quickly now. My DOP was touching 165M this morning and I had routes all over the place. Nothing more to keep me interested really.
I'll carry on a low burner for now and just fly TU 204's and use 747D's to clean up routes when necessary for my alliance partners I still have a healthy cash balance and hundreds of planes on order + 26 terminals.

I did something similar, I was in the top 25, was the largest carrier at 3 out of my 4 hubs, but it was getting boring! So I sold off the fleet, figuring I'd have a nice cash pile to start off fresh somewhere else. However, even that turned out to be a bit boring, as there was no challenge in having billions to buy a few ATR's.
So instead I've just started the same airline from scratch, from my former main hub and will try and see if I can reclaim that number 1 spot again. Shall be interesting to say the least!
Anyway, sorry for going off topic!

Off topic, but a twist, may do the same, annoy all with buying SAAB's Q400 and ATR's buy as much gates as possible and place aircraft at max legs, see if I can get back to pre-sale DOP.Anyway, sorry for going off topic!

Well I had started a game myself (after Maestro69 told me to try it ) and that is to see how far you get with one plane. So maximum legs. I managed to get a Tu 204 from LHR to LAX
No i'm just trying to see how many frequencies it takes to get a certain route down to 20$
