I posted and edited out yesterday about Sim2 not processing correctly. Basically, its taking much longer than usual to do pretty much anything. I've visited several other websites that are more memory intensive, so I'm pretty sure it's not my system. Not sure what's with the server, but I don't see any other thread going, might as well start one.
[Resolved] Server seems to be slower than usual?

Maybe it because of some new things that were added to the sim. The developers can look at the server load to see why it might be slow.
In any case you need to read the sticky thread on how to report bugs. Always add [New] to the subject of a new bug report, otherwise your post will be removed again ;-)
Thanks

Tobias has looked and is looking into it, there could be a number of reasons even a BOT active within the sim or a DoS attack.
Either way just wait till Tobias can look into it.

I am putting the updates back in one by one, and hopefully I can find the problem that way. Stay tuned.

I do not know wich updates you already placed back, but the server is now already very slow. I had even problems with logging in. And I am not able to access my routes. So it seems one of the updates already caused the problem. Just to inform you

The cause was found to be the alliance map display, so I have disabled it until I figure out why it doesn't work on the sim2 server.
