[Resolved] Negative funds after changeover despite no purchases

I can't relate all the figures exactly, but when I woke up this morning, I had -$360,000 on the 3rd of the month. My gate leasing costs were about $2,600,000. When I went to bed, I had over $5,500,000, and my DOP is about $393,000. So if I last logged in ten hours ago, shouldn't I now have somewhere around:

$5,500,000 + (cash on hand when I went to bed)
$786,000 + (revenue this month)
$3,930,000 - (April revenue while I was sleeping)
$2,600,000 = (gate costs last month, taken at changeover)

$7,616,000 ???

I can't figure out where my money went, I didn't buy (couldn't afford) any new planes last month. Looks like I can't this month, either...

ETA: I read the other thread, and I didn't buy any planes last month for which I was charged 50%, either, so I don't think it's that.

We are not here at your beck and call. People are busy doing other things as well as looking at the forums. You will need to be more patient and Travelhouse gave you an answer.

Report your bugs correctly and you will be treated accordingly.

Glennos ,my problem was not that you didn't answer on the bug issue. Of course , i don't expect an immediate answer or an immediate action. I work as well you know...
My problem was with the way said/written. It is not what you say it is how you say it.
As for Travelhouse , he rushed on answering (in a rude way) on a topic without actualy understanding, as a result he offered no help , as my problem was different than the link he posted.
And please, threats are really not necessary, we are all adults in here , trying to take a break from routine and have a nice time.

As you did word your issue in full, and I can only go by what Tobias told me, and the developers said:

You have ordered NEW aircraft in the past and the system didnt take fund, today I have made it that all back monies have been taken

Thats true - but: The system also didn't took any cash for aircrafts ordered in previous month. So did you ordered some aircrafts in february or march?

I think i have a similar problem... last night I had $17 million in cash, with a DOP of $900,000 and tonight I have $14 million in cash---- and I ordered no aircrafts. Am I missing something? Maybe its the new gate costs??

Please check it with the new "account statement" page. Just go to the finance page, there is now a link "account statement" - which displays the history of your most recent transfers, I hope this will help

the account statement does help a lot , however there are still issues. i.e. last month i bought/rented 2 more gates at AMS , money was deducted (it shows on the statement) but i never got the gates...
