[Outdated] a/c delivery every hour, time has stopped

At this moment planes are deliverd every hour. We are getting our DOP every hour, but also the still standing deliveries that were in queue every hour. The date is still staying the same. I noticed that when I came at home almost my whole queue was fdelivered except for the ones that I did today. The ones I did at 1300 today were delivered in the last 2 hours.

Reason for not reporting: it seemed Tobias was working on this. But
it also seemed that this bug of deliuvery was not reported yet.:puzzled:

I have reported this to Yuxi via MSN but he's away at the moment.

There is a need for a reset I think because alot of people will be heavily in debt with their deliveries and have no cash to buy gates / terminals.

Anyway , with the recent developments and adding of new airport data a reset would be a good idea.

I had 60 ac deliverd in the last 6 hours, so it quite unfair now to the other players. I will be for 2.8 bilj. in debt, but I will survive. But lots of other players will maybe not. I can agree with Glennos to have a reset. Especially after the quite messy last few days in wich a lot of people were not having their a/c delivered. BTW one more thing: at the moment people incl me seem not te be charged for the 2nd 50% of the money after delivery.But I think this wil happen when the month really changes.

just registered the time is now November 24 - today at 1200z (or close to this time) we switched to september (or should...but I think we have never done this...), so I really don't know whats going on

So I plan now the following: I will revert the aircrafts delivered accidentally later, you will get your money back. I will only revert new aircraft that are not flying any routes.

Additionally I will check for gate removals (so please don't delete your mails within the game - its the source for me).

To be honest Tobias I think a reset would be more beneficial. I myself will stop playing this round until everything settles down.

People who have had 3 months of deliveries in a few hours and have put them on routes already will benefit too much I think?

*SIGH* Did a big big big big big big mistake while correcting the database - a condition was typed in the wrong context (subquery). So I resetted the cash of all players to 0.00 *sigh*

So will initiate the reset in a few minutes and start the game again on sunday morning at 0900 GMT.

sigh and i just deleted all of my emails lol this is great! lol anyway i'm up for reset with the new features, i hope, 3, 2, 1-class config; seat options, time-table page; a, b, c, d checks page, etc... and all updates... or simply a bug-free round.

And Tobias, I think we can start sooner than sunday? everyone was playing so they will notice within a few days that it has reset.

can we do the reset now and start game earlier than sunday? sunday seems eternity. maybe wednesday night?

As a programmer of telecommuications systems I can tell you sometimes it's easier to reset and start over, but that is from a programmer standpoint. As a game player I like to keep the momentum going with the gates & a/c I already have. That being said I defer to all the AE programmers/developers for the final decision. This is a free game and with such a game I think the players have much less of a say. I truly appreciate all the hard-work they put in and don't care for all the posts complaining and bitching about the game. You guys do a great job & I for one am truly thankful! On this server we will test any new features/changes/bugfixes in the future before we deploy it to the game server for few days, this should prevent situations like today.
