[Resolved] Terminal purchase error moneys gone but so are the terminals

I needed more gates at DEN and so I went to expand my terminal there. Low and behold, it says I need to build a new one with at least 5 gates like always. Problem is that it is showing that i never owned a terminal...anywhere. I tried to expand DEN TWICE, with first 5 then 15 gates and paid as is i was building anew versus expanding a previous buy. So, can I (1) get my terminals back and (2) get SOME of the money back?

Oh and I mean ALL of my terms are gone, both the hubbed ones and the 1 non hub.

Edit: they're back in the gates screen, but not in the post buy screen. Ive checked all my other gates and didn't get them elswhere (no mistaken buy), but the money is definately gone.

If this is Sim2 it's probably a bug.

The first time around it seemed to fix itself. This happened again after the rest, im out over 100 mil for a terminal at IAD that's not there. Is there a delay between purchase a delivery now? IAD now shows up twice in my route opening options, but neither have gates available? And yes, this is sim 2.

I'm really not sure, i have never opened a hub/terminal. sorry:)

Jupiter Air, unless u actually have hub those airports, the purchase of the terminals wont show unfortunately. It is a known bug that occurs in the sim and the only way to see you own the terminal is by making it a hub.

IAD was hubbed before purchase, as was DEN the last go around. I just checked again, and still no gates. ?! I REALLY need these gates, as IAD is my home base, and my other major US hub from the last to resets (ORD) is already bought out, necessitating construction there as well (haven't blown that cash yet).

Yeah I had the same problem when I tried to buy a terminal, took the money, but didn't build the gates. Just brought up an sql error

This is fixed now.

Weirdness continues. I checked in again and my IAD terminal is still MIA. Here are the weird parts. I went to open a hub at DEN (again), and low and behold IAD is listed as a potential hub site, even though I already had one there. To make it more interesting, the "new" IAD listed 10 gates (the amount I bought). So over course I clicked to RE-Hubb IAD for the 2nd time this reset, and boom...the gates STILL aren't there, and I'm still getting 2 IADs with 6 rented gates in my "make new route" screen.

On an off chance, I went to try and tack on 5 more gates to see if that would get me access to this terminal. Here's the message I got:

"You must acquire at least the number of gates you are currently using.
The airport will not allow you to occupy two terminals at a time.
You must either build a terminal with at least 16 gates,
or you must reduce the number of flights then try again. "

I'm currently stuck at 6 gates.......

On an off chance, I went to try and tack on 5 more gates to see if that would get me access to this terminal. Here's the message I got:

The airport will not allow you to occupy two terminals at a time.
You must either build a terminal with at least 16 gates,
or you must reduce the number of flights then try again. "

ah. i bit the bullet.. built more terminals in las vegas...

Ok, this is REALLY messed up. I just tried again to expand IAD with TWENTY slots, 4 more than the "16" i supposedly already have. I've sunk well over 100 mil into this now and still only have the 6 gates I'm leasing to show for it. But hey, the system insists that I have that many if you look at the "build terminal" screen, though the rest of the server is adamant that I don't. I hubbed IAD before any expansion was tried.

both las vegas and chicago o'hare.. never showed up.. just said they were built

PM'd Miller and Elchie, haven't heard from either. Figure one or both will get to it when they have time. Pretty serious issue if everyone is having the same one. If not, well that's just weird.

its just killing me though.. i need to expand and i cant!... im losing more and more profit everyday
