Xenia Airways Pulls Out of Debt
We have successfully pulled out of debt and am now ranked 71 in the world! While finances are still tight, new aircraft will be on the way as we continue with our planned expansion.
Xenia Airways Acquires New Aircraft
Following the unexpected shut down of Soviet Air, Xenia Airways has announced the acquisition of all former Soviet Air aircraft and aircraft on order. Two Douglas DC-3s have already been delivered, with a Lockheed L-188 Electra and a Fokker F-27 Fellowship aircraft on its way as soon as funds become available to make the purchase.
Our fleet now includes four Douglas DC-3s, two Vickers Viscount, and one Fokker F-27 Fellowship.
Xenia Airways Opens New Routes
Xenia Airways has now opened new routes from Cincinatti to Charlotte, Kansas City, and Louisville. We continue to strive to utilize our aircraft to the fullest! This brings our numbers to 16 daily flights out of Cincinnati, where we control 16% of the market share.
