The game is manually restarted by the admin in AE. Its not automated at all, but a rough guide is that after year 8 in AE, would be a good time for a reset to occur because most players would have stopped playing and most routes have been saturated.

how long is 1 day ? or week in real time like 20 min = 1 day so i can plan because its 4 months till new plane comes in

unless the airplanes ahead of you are part of big orders by one company... or multiple companies making big orders...

So that is why I always get my A/C in sim 2 the month after I order them. In sim 1, they come on time, not early though.

Because sim2 has been coded differently, because sim2 is a beta game, thus Miller has allowed for 2 aircraft per month, no matter where in the queue, to be delivered to those airlines that have ordered them.
While in sim1, ull get ur aircraft according to the time giving. So if it says 4 months time, ull be waiting until the rest of the orders infront of u are delivered.
