:sniff:In light of the pending arrival of hurricane Dean in Jamaica within the next 24 hours, Air Jamaica will be offering limited [no connectivity] service over the next 3 real days. Negotiations are currently on the way to secure the services of a CEO in Florida to continue the operations. Failing this Air Jamaica will maintain a static presence in Atlanta until connectivity is restored. This might take weeks or months.
Dean will be a Cat 5 hitting in excess of 150 mph.
I can see Ian Air and KLM

For a Jamaican airline, you sure have a rather large presence in LAS. Just kidding, anyway good luck!

Thanks guys. I have been able to arrange with my son in Florida, who is the original Bountykilla, to take charge and keep you all honest.
The country's electrical grid will be shut down within the next 2 hours and if it is anything like hurricane Gilbert [cat 3] then we are talking about months before there is full restoration. Living in the tropics is great fun.
