Wait 2 weeks after declaring bankrupcy then try again (if you already declared bankrupcy within the last 2 weeks).
You can start a new airline (this will need a separate email address) but remember you may only play with one airline at a time, you cannot use both as it is against the rules.

i really was getting into this game trying things out allthough a little slow in progress, but cant bloody beleive you need to wait 2 weeks to restart playing/reset back to the beginning, thats weird

Well, if you didn't declare bankruptcy yet, you can try it now. If you already did within two weeks, you have to wait until two weeks after you declared before you can declare again. It didn't used to be this way, but some people decided to cheat, sell planes to self, then declare bankruptcy to get more planes, so this was put into place.

automatic reset would be nice and start from scratch-no old companies emerging from bankruptcy, no fleet transfers and start how you did at the beginning with 2 planes,, did not know this went on and that was reason
