Ok, I am doing the best I have ever done. I have a decent network with good destinations. My question is this:
Should I start "tiding up" my network by replacing all the B1900's that are running my high freq/shorthaul routes? Nothing huge, but I was thinking EMB's. Any thoughts?

I would agree. the D328P, 2000, and Q4 would be the best choice for prop networks/routes under 600nm.

I could replace them with Q400's easily by then end of next week. I think I will do that. Thanks.

I disagree, replacement is not a good idea until you've expanded significantly. Until then start buying bigger planes and put them on new routes that will suplement the income you already earn. Keep an eye on your beeches that are on short routes, when one get killed by undercutting, sell it and utilize the gates with your bigger aircraft that you should be recieving on a daily basis. When you have a solid network and need the gates that beeches use, then sell them and replace them with 1x freq boeings/airbi's to free up the gates.
If you want to judge what larger planes you should be buying, take your net monthly income and divide by two, and buy two ac a day which are below that number in cost
ex: if you make 40mil a "month", 1/2 of that is 20, which means Q400's would be a good fit at 18mil each.

I disagree. Routes that short are prime for the ATR's. All of those A/C are superior once you eclipse the 600nm range, but under that the ATR are cheaper to operate, cheaper to buy(D328 non withstanding). The ATR's superior capacity to the 328 gives it an advantage on short/high frequency routes. If you can make money with the J-31 on a route, its just begging to have an ATR on it.

Well the D328 and ATR42 are similar aircraft but id say the ATR42 is better, and that keep the ATR72 in line for further expansion.
