I do not understand the alliance thing.
Can different users make an alliance?
Or is it just one person controlling a large number of airlines?

An Alliance are people who work together... They have certain rules, and requests. But to join an Alliance you have to be good. Not that I say you aren't but if your company value is let's say 10.000.000$ I don't think you will make a change

Perhaps you should do some more research first. You have to understand everything of an alliance, able to create rules that benefits your members and recruit members. You should also make you alliance attractive to AE players, because there are so many other alliances.
