I have been charged double of what should have been charged. On the last day of the month at the last second it doubled my charges, WHY?

Lol...well that makes it 2 who has the bug...Glennos has a similar problem. Its a mystery as to why it happens. Just another bug in AE.

I get that bug one month, but I won't be charged at all for my gates the next. I have never complained cause it always fell in my favor.

Now that I look closer it was a lot more than double. 2 months ago I was charged 2.4M for gates last month 8.2M. I made a charge that cost me only 400K.
My airline is small and 8.2M is almost a full months worth of work! I sure do hope it ends up to work out in my favor. If not im going to be an irate AE CEO!!!!

Can anyone tell me how I can report this and get my money back?? My airline is not very big so I can not afford to juts let them take my money!!!
