I try to survive in world other than sandbox worlds, but I keep going bankrupt even though I try playing just like I did in the sandbox world. Less airports are vacant and I keep losing money even though my aircraft reach 0 hours available so that I cannot get a new aircraft. Does anyone know how to go financially stable outside of sandbox worlds?
How do I survive outside the sandbox world?

1. Stop using your aircraft to 0 hours, only lowers your rating
2. Dont operate out of big airports early, the gate costs are quite a lot
3. Lease early for the first 10 aircraft and then start buying
4. Constantly monitor your prices, one of routes could have gone into losses due to a competitor.

Search the forums for "Scam", you'll find the most profitable way to play the game by throwing realism out the window.

Correct.
I'd advise sticking to low-cost operations to start with and build up from there. Get some cash behind you before venturing into hyper-competitive trunk routes.

Try using the same type of aircraft at the first time. The base cost of a type stays the same whether you operate 1 or 2839 aircraft, and it's expensive (if you only have 1-2 planes).

Use props on shorter flight. They are slower, but a whole lot cheaper.
