My Average LF as of right now (5/19) is: 76.64%
How about the rest of you?
PS. I'm making 212k DOP on my new 757-300. Is that good? Should it be making more? Just wondering...

It should be making at least double that. Try a different route. I have B739's making $500K and A330's making $800K.
Average LF= 85.52%

My LF is 79.93..so freaking close to 80...my personal goal to maintain forever...and that 757 of yours....its doin alright..my 757-200 can only pull out with 214k per day, competition in asia is hot and fast so...yeah its hard..PS. PS. Another quick question- should I establish a hub at ALB? I have 7 gates and around 15% of the market. I route ERJs, Q400s and A319s out of ALB mostly...

I recommend you build a terminal in MEM. Pax loads are decent, and the competition there is weak. Hub it, you'll be thankful you did.

If I were you I wouldnt terminal 5 gates... YOu should wait until you make enough money to make a 30 gate terminal in about 2 AE months (200 Mil) because you will get alot of benefits, specially the discount. You shouldn't make a hub....the 3mil+ you spend having a hub will not be offset by having the ERJs run it....but the terminal idea is better...thats what im tryin to save up for....but at 75 mil for 5 gates...its a bit harsh
