HOLYHOLYHOLY WTH?
I bought a 328 and sold a J-31.
I was making about $146,000 in DOP (after I integrated the 328).
Now, I'm making $93k after 2 days!?!? HOW!? Can someone help!?!?!

first of all, watch your mouth, kids play this game. We don't need your verbal vile.
Secondly, try checking to see if one of your competitors changed plane size, price, frequency, or if there is a new airline on that route.

Oh. Kay, I'll change that real quick.
I just re-upped a couple of my routes, I'm back to $134k.

You really have to watch your routes , your DOP can fall like a rock this early in the game. Btw, I like your sig pic .

Thanks..
Yeah, I readjusted my routes, back to $137k DOP. Soon I'll do some fine tuning to squeeze the most out of it.

137k dop with a 328? What are you ranked?
Nothing wrong with that. Most of my D328's make between $85K and $160K. It all depends on the route.

Uh-oh.
That means there's something wrong. I get 50k out of my 328, not overall...
Does this mean I'm underperforming??

What it means that if ur 328 is only making around 50k, means that ur operating on perhaps crowded routes or less yielding routes then say PSA. Remember, location does matter in relation to yield, in some circumstances.
I dont think ur underperforming, just perhaps u need bigger aircraft and be selective on ur routes until u can start massing up money to buy more and more aircraft and perhaps build up a hub and developed a strong route network from wherever u are operating from.

That's odd though. Don't you operate on the west coas, because PSA does too. Then again, PSA is based out of LAX, so it may bee an a more lucrative market.

Don't buy a hub until you have filled 20 gates at the airport and have 75% jets flying from it. Waste of money until then.
