I am a part of an Aircraft and is used on all aircraft but not all aircraft have the same type of my configuration. I am solid in construction, I have power running through me, I am used many times but not during flight, I have a trigger type look but do not fire bullets, I am found in one location in all aircraft.

What Am I ?

Is it in the cockpit?

Maybe APU?

BTW I didnt get the trigger type thingy you are talking about.... :(

Not Auto PU or Flight recorder

Trigger, No fire Bullets, think of the USAF Top Gun and other airforce fighter AC, and what they use. But do not fire bullets

more clues and one at a time

Part of the aircraft but not touched or used when in flight formation unless there is an emergency but I am visable and yes I am located in the cockpit.

Never knew pilots windows had POWER running through them but No not right anyway neither is the engine fire handles but I see you may think as I am used in an emergency so valid point but wrong.

Next clue is I am a part, as in a part of the cockpit that the pilot or co-pilot will access me, but not touch me when in flight unless in the case of emergency.

hmmm i thought about it and the closest i came to it was "an ejection seat" but obviously not in a comercial aircraft!

Nope neither of them are right, keep trying, read the clues and the subject line again, it is in the cockpit so that narrows it down a lot.:airplane

I thought of thrust reversers but exactly it doesnt meet the emergency criteria...exept that it might be an emergency if thrust reversers don't get deployed lol
