1. Try doing some of your own research.
2. It's not that hard to look these things up. LHR-MAD, Nonstop on Iberia from $185 (US). LTN-MAD, Nonstop on EasyJet from $135 (US). LGW-MAD, Nonstop on Aerolineas Argentina from £63.

Yea ok but im going in a group and I did look round first (Star Alliance web page) and i only got stopping planes. And i don't wnat to have two commetions to make in the space of a few hours.

I get up a two in the mornig to get to LHR then some airline to MAD then Iberia to Quito

I hope that is under a package deal or a charter. I looked at MAD-UIO and Iberia is one of the most expensive.
