Do you still need half of AC value?

Do you still need half of the aircraft value when purchasing new planes? Or can you buy them when you get half of their discounted price?

Last time I checked, you need to have half of the value when you order but you are actually paying only half of the price.

So, if the value is 193,000,000 then you need to have $96,500,000 in cash but you actually pay $92,157,500 in advance. The other 92 mil is due at delivery.

If you have less than $92,157,500 the program won't allow you to complete the buy. If you have more than $96,499,999 in cash you can complete the buy. If you have anything between $92.157,499 and $96,500,000 you get that "Hacker alert" message and cannot complete the buy.

Remember, I said: last time I checked. Things may have changed the last couple of weeks.
