Your utilization is wayy to high and you didn't do anything with your seat configuration. That's why.

Business seats are equal to 1.6 economy seats. Business airfares are more than 1.6 times the price of economy.
First seats are equal to 2.5 economy seats. And the First class fare is well and more than 2.5 times the economy fare.

Unless you're in a price war that is.

So it's better to match the seating to the PAX demand to get the maximum income per flight.

You could have specified us to rate it based on profits.

I still don't understand why you want people to rate your airlines.

If you want to know how good you are at making money, check airline finance

0/10, maybe 2/10. Not great. That's my rating.

That 45% would depend on alot of factors.
Spam IFS/IFE?
PAX types/count. Distances. Airplane efficiency.
HR pricing?
Advertising?
Etc.

I could creat an airline, find a low demand route and put a tiny efficient plane on it and boost the prices for really high returns.

I never got to fully implement my strategies with you & by asking everyone else what they think of it at an incomplete stage probably wasn't a good idea. I'm sorry if i changed things too much & left you hanging before proving the strategy with results. However it's not easy to work really hard on other people's airlines when I'm trying to do the same with my own. I'm also cautious about giving away all my secrets in case we're ever competing against each other some other time. I'm happier to point people in the right direction & see if they find them themselves. Maybe I'll just start my own airline in the same world & you can watch me fly by.

If you want to know if my all-economy class strategy works, just look at my airlines & my past trophies.

And no disrespect but if you want to keep asking everyone what you should do & how your airline is going, probably best not to call yourself an "AE Know it all".

If your goal is to make cash and you're at 45% clearly you're on the right path. Also if you have someone running the airline for you who knows what they're doing and has the track record to prove that, perhaps it's best to just consult them rather than making yourself a punching bag

Your airline is not that managed

The reasons are:

-You have first class in your short-haul routes

-You bought a lot of aircrafts without any routes in it

-Your routes are very competitve

-Your destinations are competitve

Advices are:

-You should just start your routes in Korea or Half china

-You should be a small airline, make it a bit realistic.

-You start routing in small cities but more pax like Seoul-Gimpo or Fukuoka

-You should focus first in Asia

-You just make your airline All-Economy if you want to have more profit

Thank you :)

The first two points are false?? (I can't understand the second point)

Also, the owner can't do anything about competitive routes and destinations. (other than closing routes) There's nothing wrong with operating to "competitive" destinations.

Advices are:

-You should just start your routes in Korea or Half china

-You should be a small airline, make it a bit realistic.

1. I think he has a reasonable/sufficient domestic network in S. Korea. In the real world, there are not many domestic flights within Korea due to the success of High Speed Rail in the country.

2. Small ≠ Realistic

    Realistic  Small

3. He has hubs at Gimpo and Incheon, with 200+ daily departures, I think he already reached this point. He owns a South Korean airline, which means there's no way he can hub out from Fukuoka (it's in Japan fyi).

4. I agree with you on this point. I'd start off with short-haul routes to China, Japan, Taiwan (basically domestic and North East Asia), follow by South-East Asia, then expanding throughout the rest of the continent. However, this depends on the delivery dates of his fleets. (for example, if I receive a 777 first before a A330, I'll put the 777 to LHR then the A330 to somewhere regional)

5. No. All-Economy does not always max your profits. (And it's highly unrealistic, especially on long-haul)
