How about a realistic 1930-2030 world starting at 10-15 mins/day? Because I really like the idea of running an airline throughout its history.

If there were more aircraft before 1940 in the game (the only 3 that come out before 1940 are the DC-2, the DC-3, and the Boeing 307, the earliest coming out in 1934), then I'd definitely support it. I like the idea but there's no way to make money in the first 4-5 years in that world (the first 8-20 real life days). But for now, I don't see it as a good addition.

I don't know why so many people now want longer worlds, 30 years is optimal before it gets really boring.

Anyway, yeah, it's too soon for current AE planes, and as some people noted before, what to do with WW2 political restrictions? 1945 would be the first year to open new options for now before this big question gets resolved...

But first of all, there need to be at least Ju-52, Li-2 and a few other most produced planes in the game, at the moment aircraft options are so limited that playing makes little sense.

You would also need to account for inflation as well. In 1945 a ticket would cost maybe $50 but that's like $660 now. Same for employees, aircraft value, and cash. An employee earning $40,000 a year in 1945 would be earning over $500,000 now. So a person earning $40,000 now would have earned $3,000 back in 1945. And so on. That's why it's really hard to start an airline in an early world, and when there is any competition it pretty much wipes away everything. I mean, a DC-3 is $11,076,000 in-game, but in 1945 it's only $800,000, so it's way overpriced for the era. Same for $7.5 million now was about $564,000 in 1945. And keep it going for 100 years? It doesn't work. Cool concept, but too hard to make it work.

Perhaps 1940-2030 would not be that bad an idea
