Extra Hours available.. but cannot create routes????

Okay this is frustrating. I can basically add another 25K to my DOP but the game keeps on telling me I don't have enough hours OR this route has already been created???

I am traying to add a one way route with my extra hours on my Q 400 and B 1900. Everything goes smooth. I enter the rate - with 1 frequency. Hit the Create Route button.. and bingo!!!

You do not have enough hours .... or This route is already created???

DId AE cancel one way routes???

Same problem. 2 hours on 4 Q400s, can't fly a one-way with less than an hour's flight time...

It looks like one-way routes have been removed or the time on the one way routes is now equal to a round trip. :eek: Hopefully Miller or Torque can let us know if the change was intentional or not.

Oops, you already posted here...sorry about that. No, I can fly one-ways, just there is some sort of time discrepancies... Not sure what the issue is, and I'm too lazy to check it in TTC.

Yeah, hoping Miller or torque clear this situation up.

I, for one, aint happy that i can fly a Q400 or A320 with 2 hrs left on a one-way routes to fill up the routes or to u use even to hold gates. Im wondering if this is going to create problems aswell on long-hauls, as we all know how those works when the route is like 5000-7000 miles long :eek:

i can fly a 1hr flight with a b1900d... its happened to me befor once, i had 4 hours left and couldnt fill a 1 hour flight! it worked the next day though? its random for me

I have a few A32x with 2 hours extra but cannot fly one-ways, none of my ac can, it is really frustrating.

im sure that it will be fixed in the next fixup or something.... But it would be really good if we can get that extra 25k before the whole game is ful of airlines again making things really cheap and unprofitable.. i

7-hours is a lot, you should be able to place that on a return route of around 450NM.

Try going to the aircraft it self, and where is says (Place on New route) click that and try? :)

OK everyone when i tried to fix this, i closed all the routes on the plane and opened them again, with the 1 way route first. It should work for you as well.


Just tried it on a one way route with a new a320 long haul and it wont work. This bug is getting really really annoying now with airlines starting to get large long range aircraft.

Only about 120m down the swanny!!!!

Having had the chance to ask about this One Way Issue, my question was put to TorqueWrench, asking him to explain or comment on why is it now in this game, that one way routes are either NOT possible or are reduced in their one way hours used?

Spot on Travelhouse! Its a major major ball ache in the game at the moment. Plus with gates running out at some airports already, your limited to where you can fly to at the moment. Must be killing some airlines in America.

Not yet. But it means that the A350 is worthless. Not to mention that it seriously limits the range of airports that can be flown to if you have one major hub.

Well, if we can request one answer from Miller22 it will then tell players if they need to start looking for that 2nd Hub location.

Well I guess the bug tracking system isn't working very well if it was reported a while ago and no action was taken on it.

Well it basically means the longest route you can fly is like 4500nm. No wonder there are still gates in tokyo!!!
