If you can make SuperVC-10 or Il-62 profitable, you can also make Concorde profitable, since compared to them it has roughly a bit more than twice the speed and a little more than twice the fuel consumption, at a little smaller capacity.
But the biggest downside, adding the price, the initial investment to return compared to VC-10 or Il-62 is huge. But you'll pay less on crew since it's faster...
That's the math in short.
So, yes, to some extent you can make some money. But in the big picture not a very significant amount of money.

Concordes are available for pre order in R1. My competition jarkii airline ordered 5 of them. Seeing the fuel flow and capacity of the aircraft i'm thinking will this aircraft even give $1 as profit?
5 of them is not a fleet, if you but something you buy at least a lot of +50 of something I might also get some for fun

I have operated 3 Concordes from Bucharest, Romania in R0 and the biggest profit I had with a Concorde was over 2 million. Smallish profit but I really liked Concorde as a flagship Yes, making profit with this bird is possible, you just need to fit them into your routes just right. (yeah, this is really about precision)

Judging from my current experience, Concordes will only net you significant profit in high demand routes between North America and Europe. Operating them from GRU, GIG and BSB proved to be a major frustration, since they're limited to Mexico and Florida. And even then, I used them in a complimentary role (BSB-MCO and GRU-CUN for example, routes with high demand and enough pax to connect)

Not only does Concorde have low-bypass motors powering it, transonic drag around Mach .95 to 1.25 coupled with relatively low passenger capacity means specific fuel consumption of the aircraft is much higher than a conventional jet airliner.

The most I've ever made with a Concorde was $3.1 million. I have a sort of method to operating a profitable Concorde route:
- Put the plane on a very high demand route. Make sure there is no other competition.
- Scam IFS.
- Set the seat prices as high as possible without passengers leaving. You will want 100% loads the whole time.
- Fill in as many weekly flights as possible.
