Most of my previous concerns on US Territories were addressed. However, these are more minor ones that need to be looked at.

US Virgin Islands

A new 'Country' needs to be created for the US Virgin Islands as it's a territory and not a state.

STT and STX need to be added to this. Political restrictions should be the same of the US.

Puerto Rico

Political restrictions of the United States need to be implemented, notably Cuba.

Guam

Political restrictions of the United States need to be implemented.

Northern Mariana Islands

Political restrictions of the United States need to be implemented.

American Samoa

Political restrictions of the United States need to be implemented.

Compact of Free Association (Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau)

US Airlines should be allowed to operate to, in, and from these as if they were territories or the mainland. There is real world precedent that they are treated no differently to US Territories, except in the fact that US Political Restrictions should not apply to airlines based there.

Example... Marshall Islands airline can operate as a US Airline in all ways, but can also fly to Cuba, DPRK, Iran, etc. A US airline, however, could not do a flight from the Marshall Islands to Iran.

Dallas Love (DAL)

While the Wright Amendment is active, all international service should be restricted from DAL... Meaning flights from Mexico, even if they are under the seat count should not be allowed.

The Wright Amendment would be very difficult to code in. There were so many changes, and southwest was able fly some to some limited areas outside of where the Wright Amendment restricted it. If we do that, the coding would have to change at certain times for it to be realistic.

That was such a ridiculous bill, they should have just did what they did for LGA and did a radius limit.

What did you mean in relation to Guam? In this game, US-based airlines can already fly from GUM to anywhere as if it was originated in the US.

No. The system is already set to do this. SWA did not fly outside of Wright. AA and CO did by using the seat restrictions rule. This is partially simulated in the came already. Any plane under 56 seats (I believe) can fly to any state in the US from DAL as is legal under Wright. However, you can only use a plane that's set in game to a MAX of 56s. Example... You can't reduce the seat count in a B737 to 56 and get around the rule as you could in real life.

Restrictions being flying to Iran, Cuba, etc, etc. Unlike CFA, Guam does not control it's only international relations. Thus if US sanctions Cuba, Guam does too. Compared to Micronesia which, while US airlines can operate flights as they wish, Micronesia controls it's own relations.

I've thought about doing French. I think the Dutch ones are fine currently.

AE doesn't do international restrictions at the moment anyhow, so I don't see them being implemented for just one airport anytime soon.

French and Dutch and the legal statuses of the territories in relation to their main country and the EU has already been discussed by me in a staff forum, but that was more as a reference list due to the large amount of coding that would be required to have AE3 reflect these. So I wouldn't expect anything soon

Oh and btw Moo, Dutch ones are definately broken.

Sounds like a solid proposition.
