Just a noob here, i would like to know what happens to the players in the world when it restarts, do they have to come up with a name again/re register or does the world just reset and continues till its time to do it all over again. Thank in advance

All airlines in the world are deleted and everything starts over from the world's start date.

You dont have to play the same game world again. Try something new, maybe a different time era, or one with other challenges.
