How do you calculate the maintenance costs of an aircraft that you do not have in your fleet? The base costs and of just a single aircraft?

And what is the rate of increase per year for an aircraft? Differs that per aircraft?

You have to pay for base maintenance cost if you have only one aircraft of its family, it's a big expense, but if you have multiple units of the same family base cost doesn't increase.

Once I asked about a table or a list of those costs, but I think there's no such thing.
