How is global route reputation under airline options counted? At the moment I have a small airline with good IFS, IFE and good frequency, minimal route reputation for Y pax on less frequent routes is around 58 and for C and F is usually above 70, but my total route reputation is only 44%, that's about what I had with scam IFS...

Check new routes and update legroom figures. Your rep on those will really bring the average down. I have 3 star IFS in economy, pretty decent legroom and frequencies, and also a reasonably good OTP, and still only get 48%. It's really weird.

How to increase it? Reduce the number of seats in your aircraft. A good region to work with is around the 90% region for short-haul narrowbody A319 size planes. So around the 144 Y region for a 160 Y aircraft and etc.
