Hi guys, I'd like to knowif the e-jets minimun runway is correct, because they can't even land at Santos Dumont Airport at RJ, and Azul has a lot of flight from there with E-jets, could you take a look?

Thanks!

I could not fly with 737-200 and 737-300 for SDU, I think it is the same problem

The minimum runway needed calculation in AE is crude, it doesn't take into account elevation, temperature, humidity, and also does not weight restrict based upon runway length. So it shouldn't be surprising that you can fly a 767-200 out of SDU, but not an E-Jet.

PT - Realmente deveria conseguir até aterrissar Airbus A320 no SDU como realmente acontece, mas essa restrição impede até os Embraer 190, por exemplo, de pousar por lá. Sou brasileiro também.

EN - Really should be able to land Airbus A320 at SDU as actually happens, but this restriction prevents even the Embraer 190, for example, to land there. I'm Brazilian too.

I believe one airline modifies their 738s to land in Santos Dumont? Take off lengths take into account MTOW, and I would assume most ops fall well below max weight as they take less fuel and passengers travel lighter.
