How to Send a message in English?

Hi! I'm operating Eastar Jet in R7.
Recently I got a big problem to communicate other members.
When I send a message in the game, I can only send a message written by Korean. If I send a message in English or French, It is failed with system message, A error occured.
I'm Korean users and I think my account might be able to write only Korean.

How can I send a message by other languages?
