How can I change the IFS on all my flights all at once? So far i've seen that I have to do it one by one. Is all at once possible?

Yes it is possible. Just preset the IFS to what uo want(according to distance) and save it and do it again to change for ALL flights.

what you could do is setup different ifs presets for certain aircraft for example a319s could get budget short haul cheap items while the 777's and a380s could get the expensive long haul items and then when the aircraft are ordered switch that preset for that aircraft during production so its auto ready for takeoff
