So i find my self in a bit of a predicament, I cant find a suitable replcement for the Starliner, those aircraft that have the range require too long runways. So if anyone have suggestions........

Starline has like 3 times the range of those
The starliner is an awkward one to replace so that was one of the closer profitable aircraft in terms of seating I thought of off the top of my head

At North European Airline we had the same issue when starting our airline and expanding our routes. The Starliner truely lives up to its name as it is the "Star" aircraft with a great range. Replacing them with newer aircraft is challenging, especially in the early ages.
The Starliner is good enough to last for a long time and allows you to be competitive and keep your airline growing. In more business terms, it is a "cash cow". Use that to build up a strong financial position and my suggestion therefore is to keep the Starliner operating untill the jet age is really starting.
Our last Starliner had left the fleet in 1978 (world is currently in 1981). Now we operate a wide range of jet aircraft, including the 707 and 747. Soon we will be welcoming the 767 and the 757.

In my last airline I used new jets to replace the starliners step by step: First DC-8, then 747 and lastly DC-10, although L1011 would have worked as well. I only kept two until today to fly to MDW.

MDW is the biggest problem

MDW is the biggest problem
Well there's a reason why MDW was a ghost town after everyone moved to O'Hare in the 50s/60s. The largest plane that MDW has seen since then has been the 757 (except for a promotional visit by the A300 (with almost no fuel and payload, granted). Looking at your routes, you could get (if you choose the right engines), either of the 767-200 models, or the non-ER -300 into MDW, and later the A350 (though if this was real life, you wouldn't have a place to park your planes. )
