I'm noob and my question is can i use one of my planes for 2 routes(or more)?
Also what is Aircraft's hours available?
Why i'm in loss when my routes(2) have daily profit 40k(9xweek) and 11k(5xweek)...?
Can i use one of my planes for 2 routes?

Most definitely. In fact, I think the best way to route planes is to use several on a route (ie: if you schedule 14 weekly flights, use a couple of planes and fly them on 3 or so of those frequencies).
An aircraft's available hours is how much longer you can operate the aircraft during a week. You have 140 hours available for use, and I've found that leaving 70 or so hours left on each is the best way to run a tight ship.

is it a problem if the plane has only 11HA?

Yes, it'll drive your maintenance and employee costs through the roof. 70HA is optimal.

No, it won't. I have seen neither be affected by the available hours left.Yes, it'll drive your maintenance and employee costs through the roof. 70HA is optimal.
Actually you can if you schedule LHR-DXB, then 1xweekly LHR-LGW, then LGW-ZRH and then cancel your LHR-LGW flight.Of course, as long as it leaves 1 of the airports you fly from. ie. You can't fly LHR - DXB and then LGW - ZRH

When replacing your plane, this won't work. I think it comes up 'Incompatible routes' or something like that.
Why in R0 almost every airport has no gates ?
It is because all the expanding airlines before you stole them. If 1 goes bust, you'll find a few

Because you've just opened it. Time flown only gains points when you operate the route for a while.
