Most embarrassing incident

Someone (Lost D:) mistook me for Adrian Charles, and yeah that's pretty embarrassing.

Fell over after leaning on a bus that drove away without me noticing (had my headphones on)

That one when I had lost my locker key, but couldn't find it anywhere at home. Then I thought that I probably had lost it somewhere at school, so I went there. However nobody had found it and given it to the staff room. So someone took out a huge pair of scissors and walked ahead of me to my class room. But when we came to my locker, I saw that I had left the key in the lock the day before.

I accidentally committed sexual harassment yesterday

Stood up on the bus to get a tissue in the front while I was grabbing my tissue the bus driver hit the brakes and I fell

In the front of the bus at least on my school bus they have tissues
