You can make a buck or two with them, until someone jumps the route and undercuts you on it. Your toast then. Not until changes are made where speed, comfort, IFE/IFE and reputation all play a more serious role in how much a pax will pay.

Concorde made money because they charged thousands of dollars a ticket in real life. Not gonna happen in AE anytime soon.

I avoid all the super sonic birds like the plague.

Concordes making no money is actually pretty realistic, I think. They were always prestige planes rather than profitable once they went into service, although that wasn't the original plan. My recollection, although I was never lucky enough to fly on one, is that Concorde flew LHR or CDG to JFK, and apart from that a handful of charters to the Caribbean or South Africa. Did BA even break-even over the lifespan of the planes, excluding the prestige?

In real life, people who have money wouldn't mind shelving a whole lot more money if it got you somewhere faster. Until a whole lot of this factors are calculated into AE, avoid the bird like the plague. BA did once flew the Concorde to other places then JFK.
